Replacing cartridge
Only for MEMOLUB® VISIO EP: Disconnect the power plug
Open (fingers on ribs)
Prime MEMOLUB®
Insert new battery pack and seal
Squeeze air out of cartridge
Replace cartridge
Close and lock (fingers on ribs)
Direct installation
Prime lube point and remove nipple
Screw in Memo using threadlocker
Choose the dosing setting
Install MEMOLUB® on the base module
Only for MEMOLUB® VISIO EP: Connect the power plug
Check with the touchpad
Remote installation
Prime lube point and remove nipple
Secure bracket
Install the base module and F1/4 fitting
Screw BSP 1/8 fitting
Cut hose to required size
Insert hose into quick fitting
Insert hose into quick fitting
Choose the dosing setting
Install MEMOLUB® on the base module
Only for MEMOLUB® VISIO EP: Connect the power plug
Check with the touchpad
Installation with distributor block
Prime lube point and remove nipple
Secure bracket
Install the base module and F1/4 fitting
Screw BSP 1/8 fitting
Cut hose to required size
Insert hoses into quick fittings
Insert hoses into quick fitting
Choose the dosing setting
Install MEMOLUB® on the base module
Only for MEMOLUB® VISIO EP: Connect the power plug
Check with the touchpad
Check Function
Check with the touchpad
Check regularly
